Hi, Welcome to my blog my name is Gracie Chavez, Here we share more about my life with 22q. What 22q has done for me and my journey.  I am the young adult intern for the 22q Family Foundation. My passion over the years has been getting the word out there about 22q. as well to be sure young adults are not forgotten about. I also need to mention I'm a floral designer, dog mom, and store owner of my merch with Outshine labels.
